We have now completed some 20 case of ThermiVa for women presenting with various vaginal related complaints including urinary incontinence, laxity, dryness and diminished sensitivity. These conditions have ranged from being mildly annoying to being a significant compromise to the patient’s quality of life. The outcomes have been mostly outstanding with truly remarkable patient satisfaction.
Suboptimal results in a minority of more mature patients will typically require adjunctive hormonal therapies to improve the quality of tissues before another cycle of ThermiVa treatment can be re-instituted.

One of the most exceptional and observable outcomes with ThermiVa treatments has been the restoration of vulval tissue health.
Patients can witness the reduction in labial laxity and redundancy. This is achieved without surgery (which of course means without scars, pain or numbness). The labia appear far more youthful and tissue sensitivity is pleasingly enhanced. The vaginal entrance (introitus) is tighter along with the internal vaginal tightening.
